This week we looked at the ASSURE Lesson Plan model.
A- Audience- example students. Also, I was taught that there are three vital to include when we have a specific audience. They are
1. Behaviour- an action for the students to perform
2. Degree- to what level of should the students perform the behaviour
3. Condition- using what tool
S-Select- Choose a media to teach the lesson
U- Utilise- Explain how the material would be used, Include an Introduction, Procedure and Closure
R- Required Learner Participation- Include detailed lessons to include all learners.
E- Evaluate and Revise - A blog can be used to check to see if students comprehend aspects of the lesson.
The above is a very good format for a lesson plan.
To tell the truth, this week was not my week. I was absentminded, hoping to come back around shortly.
It was an informative lesson though.
